Sydney started working with Anna Kate in May 2022. Sydney does a hybrid of online training and in person training. Within 8 months, Sydney has worked her lifts up from ground zero, to the following PRs (personal records):

100 lb bench press for 5 reps
175 lb deadlift for 5 reps
305 lb hip thrusts for 10 reps

Sydney came for gains, and Gains she is making! Sydney is spot on with her nutrition program, and lift heavy in the gym to see these types of results in such a short time period. Sydney plans to compete in the spring of 2023!
