“I started working with Anna Kate during the Spring Shred. I had never worked with a trainer or nutritionist prior to that, and I was excited to learn more and level up in all areas. She delivered that and so much more. Not only did I get great physical results, I was constantly being built up and supported along the way, which gave me the confidence to enter my first body-building show. Jessica competed in her first Beachbody show alongside her company and her own clients/friends, then she competed in her very first competitive NPC competition and brought home 1st PLACE in Masters AND Open Class!!!! Getting 1st place in any of these competitions is a feat within itself.
