Ben has been training online with Coach Anna Kate since mid-November 2021 and is still going strong in November of 2022. Ben initially dropped 6.6% bodyfat (from 15.6% to 9%) and 19 lbs on the scale. The overall CHANGE in his body composition is truly impressive, and he achieved all of it by lifting heavy and following his diet! Now Ben has been in a bulk phase to add some good size!


Ben has surpassed his old lifts and is now deadlifting more weight than he ever has. Within 2 months, Ben has achieved more than most because of his dedication to the program.
